I have emailed ubi-soft and the guys involved in the design project etc... I was not told of any Ban on my account but informed of location availability and Eastern European areas it would seem are exempt from game play until further notice.... I'm really annoyed about this.... I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that this is the best sniper game by far...
